Since hours aren't listed, it's presumed this park is open 24/7 and public, but do exercise caution if you're going to be out late in the evening as always. I have made this part of my running route for years now and I love it. If you're hanging out in downtown, you must stop hereI love boardwalks and Pier walkways. I catch the 85 at Kennedy Blvd and Summit Ave. I can honestly say living here has been the best… It makes for a good stroll along.
Once you get to the Piers, the downtown area is within walking distance (only a couple short blocks away) and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The way to avoid this is to use visitor permits, which can be obtained by Hoboken … Amazing views, nice layout, plenty of seating, great place to walk, and has a nice little park.
