I've given up as I was heavily pregnant at the time and now having had twins I don't have the time! Store: - "Well I am not an electrician but I do know how to fix it. We can only speak from experience on here, but the poor reviews have surprised me. Let’s face it the customer service and delivery experience was always a shambles, but the furniture was great stuff so I’m very sad if this is indeed what’s happened. To compound all of that the level of customer service, from the Operations Director no less, has been utterly appalling.
