Paper Dosa is quite different from all of the other Indian Restaurants that I have visited. I couldn't sit through a meal but I did get to see the awesome ambiance of the restaurant. Credit card info is taken over the phone, so minimal in-person interaction. The food is great and the service excellent. Seriously, I cannot say enough good about this restaurant.
