I'm not much of a "chain restaurant" fan and this is about as chain restaurant as you can get. They should have know within minutes of his arrival when he checked in that there was an issue with the order, he would have happily placed the order again and he would have walked away with hot food. We got steak and ribs and the ribs are always fall off the bone delicious. The food was delicious and the staff was very wonderful in making sure we always have everything that we need. Nice portion sizes and a lot is included for the price. My family's food wasn't much better, but thankfully their chicken wasn't as bad as my steak and weren't missing a side. As did I. Rude! My husband drove 15 minutes to pick up the order after we confirmed on the phone that they indeed had an order. Can't talk to the people at my table because they have to do their schtick.
