The perfect burger was just as it claimed to be, simply perfect, so good! Chef Harcey doesn't disappoint! Trump 2020I am staying a fan but the 3rd time was not a charm. Willards is located in the 100-year-old Leader building in Cambridge, MN. I have driven through Cambridge many times but never stopped, but maybe I will more often now that I know about Willard's. Enjoyed breakfast (can’t go wrong with any item but I loved the beet hash, pancakes, salmon eggs, etc).

I ordered the biscuits and gravy and was blown away. The waitress was incredibly charming and friendly. The basted eggs were perfect too. It was winter cold out tonight and geeze-when people open that front door half the restaurant gets a blast of the deep freeze. Outstanding service, ridiculously good food that looks beautiful, a gorgeous atmosphere, and a wonderful overall experience. A couple of us had spinach salad and I had eggs florentine. We want this restaurant to stay in Cambridge. It's a wonderful open layout which is refreshing. (by the way the breakfast scones and menu/coffees looked to die for also-the lunch menu includes a burger I am told is the best in the world.) The food was...Even our family's big city (San Fran) foodies enjoy this place when they visit. The service was prompt, polite and attentive. store they share space with. Great spot! Heard it was great. Their menu changes often and with every change comes something new and tasty. They need to up their dessert game a lot. All were happy with these, plus the devils on horseback...We had our grooms dinner at Willards just last weekend!
The salmon and the Ham chop were maybe 3 stars BUT the beef rib, Kooppkokor, Swedish meatballs were 5 stars and great.
We stopped on our way home from Duluth and it was totally worth it!

She LOVED her steak, it was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly and everything else perfectly.
My husband and I did a pinky swear to eat here 1x a month as the menu changes monthly. Wow, Willards is amazing. My wife had the single and I had the double. The menu is very thought out from the dill or the sweet/hot pickles to the mustard. I hope they get things worked out in the consistency dept.
Cheddar biscuit and everything else was made in front of me. The apples were not the right kind to use-mushy with a hard peel and served with a dab of mustard..could have used a lot of that mustard. They had the brunch and lunch menu available, and the first thing I noticed was the lack of vegetarian options available.

The hashbrown patty they were served on was really good, and the creamed spinach was delicious. Great for date night due to pricing but totally worth every red cent.The food is outstanding here! It's our responsibility, and we aspire to do better every day.
