I find the scent after-the-fact to be very unpleasant and use another (non-exfoliant) product following application. The perfect amount of exfoliation and it removes make up well. This isn't an acne-fighting cleanser per se, but it does help get rid of a few little blemishes. I absolutely adore the Yes to Grapefruit line of products, and this facial scrub is no exception.
