I believed her and brought her my bill, which she of course said still had "old charges" on it, and that she could remove them for me I just had to initial and sign a form, which was in effect switching my electric provider to Star. I told her this did not smell right and that I would call ComEd. She showed a sample of an actual, official ComEd electric bill asking to see a copy of my electric bill. It's a legit way on scamming people. I can hardly believe this man, who looks kind and honest, lies to me for 30 minutes.
