When they met in the mid-1990s, Thievery Corporation’s Eric Hilton and Rob Garza instantly bonded over a shared passion for bossa nova and dub. Bittersweet review here. Part of the problem is that the gatefold jacket pinches the record along with the shrink wrap and warp the record.
Everything they do is good--but this album is one of my all around FAVORITES!!
