Platinum makes the best nibs for the price IMO, bar none.I haven't used the custom 74, but having seen them all in person, I find it to be much less visually attractive than the 3776 or 1911. The Platinum 3776 Century is my favourite out of the three nibs(although the Namiki #5 comes close). They are all roughly the same size with the cap on, but without the cap the pilot CH92 is the smallest since it has a smaller nib size.
